1. M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai makes it explicitly clear through this policy that an order cannot be cancelled, except at the sole discretion of the management of M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai, for which a mail shall have to be addressed to: contactus@segalsolutionsindia.com. As part of its Best Management Practices, M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai shall assess the request and provide a reply within a timeline of 3 working days, which shall be final, binding and non-appealable. An Order that has already been dispatched shall not be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai follows a Standard Shipment/Courier charge Schedule for all shipments within India, which is -
Shipping charges are applicable for orders priced upto Rs.1999 at a flat rate of Rs.100 per shipment.
Free shipping for all orders above Rs.2000.
In some cases, where courier charges are incurred for an amount less than Rs.100 per order of value below Rs.2000/-, M/s Stuff n Style may provide an adequate discount in its invoice.
3. International shipping fees are charged at actuals, based on a quote provided by our logistics partner.
4. All orders are under transit insurance for onward delivery to the customer. All orders are shipped by reputed, Class-A courier companies only.
5. Courier partners normally make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai at the sole risk of the buyer and any charges, losses for damages incurred to the product and parcel shall be to the sole account of the buyer. To have M/s Stuff n Style ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged, apart from any other charges that M/s Stuff n Style would assess, at its sole discretion. This fee is not negotiable and we urge buyers to exercise due caution in this respect, be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances. Buyers may inform all such special circumstances only through an email to: contactus@segalsolutionsindia.com. All efforts shall be made to accommodate the request and it shall be an honest endeavor of our coordination team to provide all possible assistance. However, there may be circumstances beyond the control of M/s Stuff n Style and its employees, since the operations of the courier companies are third-party services. In such cases, the buyer indemnifies M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai for any losses that may be caused to the buyer and M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai would expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility on this count.
6. M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai expressly clarifies, as part of this Shipping Policy that the title of the ordered products and risk of loss for all products ordered by the buyer shall pass on to him/her upon handing over of the shipment to the shipping carrier. This is irrespective of Shipping of Goods and Cash on Delivery, which are to be done in due course, being separate chargeable facilities. Essentially, the orders shall be on FOB basis with shipment costs as in Para – 1 above independent from the Order. Though no legal liability shall accrue on M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai, however, M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai, as part of its best management practices shall take all efforts to reduce, minimize or nullify any loss that may be caused to the buyer.
Delivery:
7. M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai shall invariably provide a proper tracking number of all despatched orders, as part of its 100% Purchase Protection Policy, described elsewhere on this website. As far as possible, all Orders shall be despatched within 24-48 hours of the receipt of the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, a mandatory minimum payment of 10% of the cost of the Order shall have to be remitted before dispatch. An estimated delivery time of 2-3 days for delivery to Metros, 3-4 days for State Capitals, 4-5 days for Class-B cities and 6-7 days for rural areas shall apply. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reach of M/s Stuff n Style as well as the courier company. In such cases, the coordination department of M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai will try to proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. A Buyer’s placement of an Order on this website makes it an explicit acceptance that M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai will not compensate the buyer for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
8. This Shipping Policy is to be read alongwith the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Shipping Policy’ of the respective courier company through which the particular order has been despatched.
Return Policy:
9. M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai has a straightforward, explicit policy of ‘No Returns, No Refunds and No Exchange’ for any confirmed orders. Payments once received shall not be received under any circumstances. For any amount received as a transfer by mistake, the reversal shall be at the sole assessment and discretion of the management of M/s Stuff n Style, Chennai and any reversal of such transaction shall incur an operational cost of a minimum amount of Rs.300/-.
